To troubleshoot HSRP there are a step

Step 1: Verify configuration and Ping to Webserver

a. Make sure all devices such as PC, laptops, Switches, and routers are configured correctly information provided. In this process, you need to check one by one
on each device configuration IP Address, Subnet Mask, and default getaway.

b. Verify and ping from PC to webserver (www.cisco.pka) reachable and sucessfully

Step 2: Verify configuration and Troubleshoot on Router 1

Use command show standby brief to find the issue on Router 1

On Router 1

R1#show standby brief
P indicates configured to preempt.
